Humble Help Studio LLC
Master Services Agreement
Effective Date: This agreement becomes effective upon submission of your order or payment through the Humble Help platform.
1. Overview
This Agreement outlines the relationship between Humble Help Studio LLC ("Provider") and the Client ("You") for the digital services selected during checkout.
2. Services Covered
The services covered by this agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Visual design (graphics, social content, marketing assets)
- SEO blog writing and backlink building
- PR outreach and publication features
- AI chatbot setup and lead capture tools
Specific services and deliverables are defined by your selections at checkout and reflected in your invoice or order summary.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms depend on the service selected and may include:
- Monthly subscriptions
- One-time project fees
- Milestone-based installment billing
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of all content you provide. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use all work created for you. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential deliverables unless you request otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
We will keep your information, assets, and project details confidential during and after our engagement.
6. Revisions & Support
Services include a reasonable number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds, unless otherwise specified). Ongoing support is only provided under active subscription or care plans.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your services at any time with at least 7 days’ notice. For project-based work, you will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Warranty
We warrant that website deliverables will function correctly on modern browsers and devices. Bugs reported within 30 days post-launch will be fixed at no extra charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
